Natural disasters
Hurricanes, windstorms, hailstorms, tornadoes and floods, plus additional living expenses while the home can’t be lived in. Damage is often widespread, and policies cover more than hurricanes.
FOR CONTRACTORS GENERAL CONTRACTORS AND ROOFERS
We are licensed public adjusters. We inspect the damage, review the policy and negotiate the insurance claim, so your client has the money to do the job right, and you keep the job.
01 WHY IT MATTERS
Your estimate covers the whole job. The insurance company’s first offer often covers part of it. When the gap is too big, the client puts the repair off, patches it, or calls someone cheaper.
We close that gap from the claim side. We document every item of the loss, prepare a full estimate and negotiate it with the insurer, so the payment reflects the real job: more money to complete the renovation or repair.
Don’t settle for a repair
when your client is owed a replacement.
In Florida, it is illegal to represent a client against their insurance company without the proper license. We hold it. You keep building.
02 HOW IT WORKS
One call from you. We take it from the inspection to the check.
Call us or send the form below: who the client is, where the property is and what happened.
We meet your client at the property, inspect the damage and read the policy to see what it covers.
An estimate to restore the property to its condition before the loss. We handle every insurance and expert inspection, negotiate the amount of the loss, and reopen or supplement the claim if more damage shows up.
We handle the mortgage processing of the insurance checks and help line up funding so repairs can start.
With the claim paid on the full scope, your client can afford the repair you quoted.
03 HOW WE HELP
From the first inspection to the day the repair starts.
Of the damage, room by room and on the roof.
To determine what the policy covers.
To restore the property to its condition before the loss.
We schedule them, attend them and answer for the claim.
Plumbers, engineers and mold specialists ready to assist.
For the maximum amount of the loss.
Of any insurance company checks, so the funds get released.
With different loan options, for third-party contractors.
Attorneys who specialize in first-party claims.
Paperwork, calls and follow-up, start to finish.
04 FUNDING
We work with banks that are willing to front the cost of repairs, repaid when the claim checks are delivered. Your client gets the work done, and you aren’t left financing the job.
Funding is provided by third-party lenders. Approval and terms depend on the lender and the claim.
05 CLAIMS WE HANDLE
Hurricanes, windstorms, hailstorms, tornadoes and floods, plus additional living expenses while the home can’t be lived in. Damage is often widespread, and policies cover more than hurricanes.
Broken pipes, A/C leaks, drain backups, shower pan leaks and roof leaks. One of the most common losses, and one that leads to mold when it isn’t handled properly.
Electrical, kitchen and yard fires spread fast, and smoke reaches rooms the fire never touched. Fires caused by lightning are covered too.
Where there is moisture, mold can start growing within 24 to 48 hours. We work with mold assessors and remediators to document it and contain the spread.
Most common after evictions, in vacant houses and after break-ins. We work with the owner to understand what happened and account for the loss.
Business interruption and loss of use. We analyze the damages and represent businesses in their business income loss claims.
